Terms of Service
By ordering any artwork or service from me you are automatically agreeing to my terms and conditions.
Service
➤ I retain the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
➤ All projects and services are Digital ONLY
➤ I am not responsible for keeping the files/commission for the client after it has been delivered.
➤ I require a visual reference (drawn or photograph collage) for characters/persons in the commission
➤ If you do not have a reference; if I accept the commission I have the right to charge a creation fee. This will be determined based on the complexity and description of your character. I will still ask for additional references such as pictures of clothing, markings, etc. to help envision your character.
➤ The prices on my commissions are non-negotiable.
➤ You must state any changes you'd like BEFORE the final product is complete, during the WIP stage. I will NOT make major edits after the WIP stage. Minor edits such as a marking or off color can be discussed and fixed however!
Payment
➤ Payments will be either done through VGEN order OR through PAYPAL INVOICE with USD only.
➤ I will not begin work until I receive full payment unless by special arrangement.
➤I will NOT accept any form of cryptocurrency as a payment. I will and have the right to discard any work that involves or is related/associated with NFTs including the attempt to pay with cryptocurrency.
➤ Sometime after payment is received with PAYPAL INVOICE, I will select "Order Processed" on my end. This may result in a extra email that notifies you when I do that just a heads up no worries though it requires no action on your part!
Refunds
➤ Paypal reversals and charge backs are NOT allowed! If you need to cancel a commission (ONLY BEFORE I start working on it) contact me and I will refund the payment.
➤ Refunds will only be granted if I am unable to complete the commission OR if the client asks for a refund BEFORE work is started on the commission.
Deadlines
➤ There is NO exact deadline to the work being finished unless it is expressed and agreed upon by the client and myself before hand. If you have a deadline/time constraints, you must tell me BEFORE paying. Any deadlines discussed after payment is sent by the client are NOT guaranteed.
➤ If a deadline is not discussed please note commissions can take anywhere from days to weeks to months to complete! Sometimes things come up but if there's a delay I'll be sure to let you know! It's also ok if you want to check in on your commission but please try not to obsessively check in on it.
(Obsessively/Daily checking in especially if the piece was only JUST RECENTLY commissioned -not overdue- can make the commission process incredibly uncomfortable and stressful.
Delivery
➤ All projects will be delivered through at least one of these ways: Uploaded to a private image holder, sent via direct messages, or (upon request of Client) emailed. If ordered through VGen a copy will of course be posted to VGen as well.
Permissions
➤ By commissioning me, you are purchasing my service as an artist only. I retain all copyrights over my work itself, which include but are not limited to the right to redistribute, reproduce, or use the image as a sample for sales/self-promotion, unless otherwise agreed upon.
➤ Commissions CAN be used for PERSONAL USE (Ex. Social media decor like a icon, printing it out for YOURSELF such as to hang up or a shirt) They CANNOT be used for merchandise, commercial and so on unless that is explicitly discussed and agreed upon.
➤ Commissions cannot be traced, heavy referenced, or altered as well as claimed as ones own works. Tracing and heavy referencing any commission is strictly prohibited. If you wish to alter a commission in any way this must be discussed before doing so.
➤The commissioner/person receiving the commission DOES NOT have the right to mint/sell the ordered commissions for NFT.The person/persons receiving and/or purchasing this commission shall not create Non-Fungibile Tokens (NFTs) or sell any part of the work using block chains without prior written consent of the Author (myself).I do not want my works now or ever to be used in cryptocurrency-based transactions.
➤You may NOT use my art in any AI generation programs that may edit my art in any way or upload my content to a database for such AI generations.
➤ Your commission/my art may have a small watermark you may NOT remove it.
➤ If you use the commission or reupload it anywhere PLEASE CREDIT ME

Of course!! I would adore that. Please respect my boundaries though for fanart!

NSFW (Not Safe For Work)/Mature art can only be drawn of my OCs (Adult) by my ADULT friends with my EXPLICIT permission. Tasteful nudity (shirtless or no genitalia) are the only exception to this! Anything that strays more mature/overly sensual must be cleared by me!

I'm not comfortable with my OC's or self being shipped with other peoples OCs! The only potential exception would be friends who have my permission! Absolutely no shipping yourself with my sonas or my husband's sonas.
